Motorola Droid RAZR MAXX HD Vulnerability Discovered
Below are the conditions which allowed me to gain access to the device without entering a PIN.
Phone settings
- Device set to lock in 30 minutes of inactivity
- PIN is numerical and in excess of 10 digits
- Alarm set for early morning
- Amazon MP3 player running
- Clock enabled and set to dim before going to sleep
Access gained
- Before alarm goes off, press the time the alarm is set to
- All alarms displayed
- Click morning alarm to disable
- Click home button
- Device unlocked
