Experience in software and hardware installations, with proven computer troubleshooting and repair skills. While A+, Network +, or MCP certification is a plus, it is not a requirement. The ideal prospective Family Member would have knowledge of HDTV’s, home theater, audio, video, and other electronic devices. Familiarity with internet technology such as IIS, website hosting and configuration, Microsoft Exchange, and Active Directory is an advantage. Good Communication skills a must. |
