Customize Your Taskbar
Taking less than a minute you can make your Windows 7 experience more suited to the way you work.
Move your mouse to the bottom of the screen where the taskbar is.
Right click on a blank spot and then left click on Properties.
For the Taskbar buttons, choose Combine when taskbar is full.
Un-check Lock the Taskbar.
Click OK to save your modifications.
If you like your new taskbar you’re all set, if not simply change it back.
