Error on the screen? - Back

Error on the screen and you don't know what to do?

Follow these procedures:

Press and hold the Ctrl key.
Press the PrtSc Key.

Click Start
Choose All Programs
Choose Accessories

Choose Paint
Press and hold the Ctrl key
Press V

Click on File
Click on Save As
Name your file
Click ok

This will give you a record which can be sent to tech support or printed.
