How to Use Windows 7 Snipping Tool
Windows 7 offers a very easy method to copy almost anything and paste, save, or send it.
Here is an example you can try. (Note: you may want to print this out as once you open the browser this message will be running in the background. You can also run this window and the browser in smaller windows.)
Open a web browser an go to www.HITmanServices.com
Click the Windows button
Select All Programs, Accessories, Snipping Tool.
The screen will become shaded when the program opens.
Move the mouse to the upper left portion of the video window which displays Matt.
Click and hold to copy Matt's picture, then release the mouse.
Now if you'd like, move the mouse to the pen icon and click the drop-down arrow.
Choose the black pen.
You can now draw a mustache on Matt's face.
When you close the Snipping Tool, you will be asked if you would like to save the image.
