Relieve Neck and Shoulder Tension
You can perform this stretch sitting or standing.
- Inhale and turn your head slowly to the right until you can feel tension in your neck muscles.
- Hold this position for five seconds.
- Exhale while turning to face straight ahead.
- Now perform this sequence on the left side.
- Repeat this stretch five to ten times.
