Remember Your Phone and Web Based Email Signatures

While many people have custom signatures in their email programs such as Microsoft Outlook, they forget to modify the default signatures on their smart phones or in their web based email.

Here is a simple method to add your signature without re-typing.
Send yourself an email using the program which currently has your signature.
When you receive the email, highlight and copy the signature line. Open the section on the phone or in the web browser that allows you to setup a signature and paste the selection in.
Remember to save and exit.
