Track Your Work in Outlook - Back
Get The Boss to Give You Credit for All Your Work Using Microsoft Outlook
Microsoft Outlook provides a good method for tracking what work you perform on a daily basis and which accounts or contacts it is for. Unfortunately this feature is not enabled by default, but this is easily remedied.
Open Outlook
Click Tools
Click Options
Click Journal Options which is about midway down the page
Check the items you want recorded
Check the items you want to record files from
Lastly check the contacts you want them tracked for
Click OK to save
You will need to periodically review your contact list in this section as new contacts are not added by default.
